akustika 2027
The Fair for Music – A house full of music
April 9–11, 2027 – Messe Nürnberg
akustika - Here the focus is on handcrafted instrument making
The "Trade Fair for Music" akustika Nuremberg will take place from April 24–26, 2026 , in the NCC Ost and, for the first time, also in Hall 7A of the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. As a central platform for acoustic music, it presents a broad spectrum of topics related to instrument making and musical performance practice.
The exhibition features string, plucked, brass and woodwind instruments, as well as keyboard instruments, and new this year, percussion and accordion. Accessories, materials, sheet music, and services are also available. Music schools, universities, and associations are on hand to offer advice.
Instruments can be tested on site, with advice provided directly by the instrument makers. As such, akustika offers a range of services for musicians that is unique in Germany. The fair is aimed at professional musicians (including orchestral musicians, soloists and studio musicians), music teachers, music students, specialist instrument retailers, instrument makers, and amateur and hobby musicians.
A free concert program on six stages, as well as workshops, seminars and composer portraits, complement the program.
