Selling your products is expressly permitted. Depending on your business structure, we recommend cooperating with a specialist retailer.

The fair is aimed at professional musicians (including orchestral musicians, soloists, studio musicians), music educators, music students, instrument dealers, instrument makers, leisure and hobby musicians.

We ask for your understanding that partial or complete dismantling of the stand and products is not possible before the official end of akustika. Stand personnel may also not be withdrawn before the end of the trade fair. It is in the interest of all exhibitors that the entire trade fair runs smoothly.

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges you a fee of €0.60 per square meter of exhibition space for representing your interests.
AFAG Trade Fairs and Exhibitions GmbH collects the applicable amount from you and forwards it to AUMA.

You can find everything you need for your stand, including equipment, power connections, a wide selection of furniture, important documents, and much more, all centrally located in the Online Service Center (available online from mid-January 2026) . You will receive your login details by email.

Besides the exhibition stand, you also have other opportunities to draw attention to yourself:  

• There are 6 stages where you can present free concerts and craft demonstrations for trade fair visitors.
• We also offer workshop areas  that you can book for your own events and workshops for a room fee starting at 50 euros for 45 minutes each.

You can leave your instruments in the secure instrument storage area. This is located in the NCC OST, at the counter in the entrance area.

  • Early setup is only possible in exceptional cases, must be requested in writing and will be charged at a flat rate of €300.00/day/stand.

Parking of vehicles of any kind in the immediate vicinity of the halls, especially in the loading yards, in the courtyard and in front of the exits, is prohibited during the duration of the trade fair.

• During the setup and dismantling days, vehicles may only stop at the aforementioned locations for loading and unloading purposes.
• Once these works are completed, they must be removed immediately – so as not to obstruct the fire brigade if necessary – and can be parked in the designated parking spaces.
• Entry to the loading yards is only possible upon payment of a deposit of EUR 100. The deposit will be refunded upon timely exit from the loading yards within the specified period.

Im Detail:

• Setup
  Access to the open area and loading bays is only permitted with a deposit slip and a €100 deposit. The deposit covers 1 hour for cars and 3 hours for trucks. The deposit will be refunded upon timely exit. If the deadline is exceeded, the deposit will be retained.
• Duration of the event:
  During the trade fair, deliveries of goods and access to the loading docks are only possible with a deposit slip and a payment of €100. The deposit entitles the holder to a stay of 30 minutes.
  • Failure to comply with the 30-minute deadline will result in the retention of the deposit fee.
    Please inform your suppliers accordingly.
• Dismantling
  • On the last day of the trade fair, entry to the grounds will not be possible from 11:30 am until the start of dismantling.
  • From 4:00 PM onwards, entry is free for all vehicles, subject to the "No Parking" section.

• For logistical reasons, car parking spaces in the loading yard are generally not available.
• For exhibitors with exceptional walking disabilities, separate disabled parking spaces are available at the exhibition grounds.
• Exhibitors with refrigerated containers, trailers, etc. (storage of perishable goods) can purchase a loading yard permit for a fee, depending on space availability.

• The parking areas on "Große Straße"  are available to you.
   
• For quick and easy parking, it's worth purchasing a long-term parking permit. This is valid for the entire duration of the event. 
   
• Vehicles up to the size of a Sprinter van can park in the designated parking areas at the exhibition grounds.
